System Integration: Connected existing systems to a newly developed portal, creating a seamless user experience.
Strategic Planning: Developed strategies for personalizing travel experiences, enhancing user engagement.
Project Management: Created and communicated the Gantt map, ensuring a smooth handoff to the National Executive Council (NEC).
